i am giving 1 star bcz it is the least that i could give in google.technicians has no knowledge on computers and on the routers as well .they will try to mislead you in all the possible ways. worst service ever experienced .faulty internet service by apple .i am warning you beaware of apple .they will attract you by their plans and they will try to drown you by their schemes.

There are no words to describe how worst the service is. The net speed is a joke waste of money. People who want to set up internet connection avoid this worst service. Technicians has no knowledge in computers.
