Simple felt looted. Uber charged more than twice what it showed in app while payment time at the end of journey. My cell showed ~300 rs and drivers charged 675 rs . And there seems no way to complain.

Recently your system is working disgustingly. Specially when you connect your driver , it seems far beyond the location.although empty ubers use to roam around the proper location

I am a regular customer of Uber as i travel to & fro from office daily on Uber, of late your services have become very unpredictable in Guwahati. You drivers ask for the distance, whetethey patym or cash, they would not go in paytym and ask me to cancel the trip,. Most of the time they do not respond to calls and switch off their mobile. this has become common. Today it was worse as it showed as Rs. 326/ for my trip, since these drivers demand cash i cnhanged from paytym to cash and when i reached my destination I was charged Rs. 598/ which amount never showed in my booking nor did i get any information only suddenly surge in the price. . the vehicle AS01 HC1738, Look into your services immediately as it has become a pain for us commuter and you shall lose your trust.
