The staff and food are superb. All the food is made from scratch to order. That is why it takes a little longer to get to the table. All the staff are very honest. The only down side is some Russians bring their own food drink and are loud and insulting. Dispute every bill, never tip and play their own music in the middle of the restautant in the evening. Those few are an embarrassment even to other Russians there as explained to me.

this hotel is a bit far from beach area, but worth the price. Need not to go anywhere for food or drink, everything is inside it.Staff is helpful,good food, overall experience was nice.

Very bad maintained rooms with dirty bed sheets. The restaurant food is reasonable and excellent. Pool is average.

The swimming pool & rooms are not maintained well. Need more friendly staff. And they charge 3% extra for card usage, which is not acceptable.
