shri kshetraI had to take an X-ray of my right elbow i followed all the procedure registering billing an all it was all good upto that time, after that they took the X-ray of my right hand everything was just good... When i came out from the X-ray room they said me just to wait for 5 minutes will be giving you the report i said yup fine... That time the time was upto 1:30 pm after 15 minutes i asked the receptionist, is my reports are ready ? She was not able to answer & then i asked to the another women she handovers all the reports to the receptionist she was behaving like as if she is the doctor she answered we know whom to give 1st & how to give, after all she was worker (labour) & again i ignored them & waiting for my reports half an hour past i went to the receptionist & i asked my report is ready or what she was just looking my face & speaking into her mobile..... I again waited for another 15 minutes one women came out from the sonography room & she sat beside the receptionist mam & i went & asked her she said yeah its ready that time it was 3:15 pm & i shouted her from what time i am asking her she not able speak she is busy in her phone..... My reports were ready at 2:30pm only they simply made me to sit they were not responding properly with any of them. Even 1 man was shouting them they had come to take X-ray at 12:30pm itseems & they told even them to wait for 5 minutes & they handovered the reports at 2:15 pm. These are the lazy people who works under the scan centre actually i dont know their names otherwise i could have mentioned it... They make people angry & aggresive I request to take some action on them & tell them to be attentive & handover the reports as soon its ready.
