I have visited this hotel in Nov 2016. It was very horrible and bad experience with this hotel. Rooms are not clean and lights are dim no white light. I have opened window and expecting good view from it but my bad luck behind window it was so horrible jungle. Room is smelling very bad we cant stay even for 5 min but I stay there with my perfume. TV is not working properly. In staff only 1 person is available to help you in room services. One advice from my side is "DON"T GO THROUGH ONLINE PHOTOS OF HOTEL AND ROOMS BECAUSE ITS FAKE OR TOO OLD" Really bad experience with this hotel and In my kerala trip all hotels and tour was great except this PICASSO CASTLE. :( :(
