Awful customer service and Lazy attitude. Asking for unnecessary documentation for something the other Airtel store was able to help without it. Highly recommended going to the other Airtel store which is in the next building.

Representative Chetan had a laid back attitude and gave wrong information n asked me to go to other store. What a way to handle a customer! Airtel is loosing customers due to such unprofessional idiots at their store !
