Opening up of Passport office is really a boon for Jabalpur, but people working here are not fully aware of documents needed for submission, for eg document advisor on website tells you what all documents are needed at the appointment but when you reach there they will always ask for some new documents. Bhopal PSK is far better and officials are fully professional as they handle 500 people a day while in jabalpur they only handle 60 people.Someone please educate them for the documents needed.

THE NEWLY BUILD OFFICE IS WELL FURNISHED WITH GOOD AMBIENCE AND COMFORTABLE SEATING ARRANGEMENT BUT FEW SIGN CARD AS OFFICE TIMING HOURS WAS MISSING WHICH NEEDS LITTLET ATTENTION BY THE ADMIN.
