Fabulous staff ! Exceptional service and care. Kids loved the horse ride and camel ride. Resort is huge, welcome with horses was really nice, rooms are well maintained.Best place to picnic with family. I wouldnt stay anywhere else than Shagun resorts if I visit Jodhpur again.

Garden is good but pool is so small specially children pool. U can also work over quality of food rather than quantity of food. Menu is good but taste is below normal.

They have all facilities, but management is too bad. They do not have any limit on people present in pool. I had 60+ people present on a pool which should not have more then 30. Since the crowd is too much, there was a very very poor suply of starters. I did not even got everything. BC shadi me aaye he itni bheed he :p
