Very bad from sales person, they do n Number of commitments before purchase of car and once the loan is processed, will Will forget that you are there Customer.very bad experience with sales and even service. They told 1st service is free, but they charged me for applying shampoo to waterwash the car.such a kind of mentality Ford person maintain.

Horrible Experience with Sales team. Recently I booked Figo Titanium worst response by akashford and team. They are not fulfill their commitments . Giving wrong commitments to book the car. They have no proper knowledge about their cars. I visited showroom 20 times in 15 days, processing is very slow. My suggestion is go to other ford showroom.
