Long waiting queue. Should have patience. Most worst is they send letters after three years and asking explanations .what nonsense is this.

If your present and permanent addresses are different, please mention in the passport application form accordingly, otherwise they charge the penalty of 5000/- without any excuse. Its better you go early morning, there is a queue. The staff is good actually, depends on your response towards them with the proper information.

Worst place ever, rude staff and rude police as well.. Instead of helping all they can do is shouting and yelling at the people...

Worst Service and even more worst staff. No cooperation at all from staff with only 2 counters working even when its crowded. They take so long for a single token and take small breaks inbetween apart from an hour long lunch break.The rude, old, lazy and slow working staff has to be replaced with young,energetic and swiftly working staff. Even one star is more for them. Total waste of entire day here.
