Price charts are very steep as compared to the services provided. Its called a spa but has ordinary ambience with no music playing. The staff (including the manager) is very unprofessional. They booked an appointment for me on a non working day (salon is closed on Tuesday) and when I landed up at the salon on the appointment date / time, all they could say was that the salon was closed. Apology came much later. My appointment was shifted to the next day and again a similar experience. The attendant sauntered inside 20 mins late. After much persistence the manager could offer a meager discount of Rs. 200. Wonder why are the prices as compared to a metro and the services at par with a small town.
