Very bad experience.... Worst service center Worst staff.. I doubt inko kaam aata bhi hai ya karna nahi chahte . Ye service center mai nahi kisi road ki dukaan mai kaam karne k layak hai

I gave my samsung galaxy A7 in this store 2 days ago to Mr.Alam as my set stopped working and Mr.Alam told me that the mother board has to be replaced and the total expense would be around 7k anf when i told him that it is not in my budget and i want my handset back than his behaviour altogether changed and he kept me waiting for hours to give my handset back and when i gave my handset to another mechanic to get it corrected than he told me that the motherboard is alright and there is a minor fault which can be corrected in an hour and he also told me that the expense would be around 2k and the person who has opened this set has broken the battery pin and also cut some wires which is not acceptable.So i want a strict action should be taken against Mr.Alam as the samsuung phone are not safe in samsung service centre itself.
