very poor service.....try to avoid it ..if you want the timely delivery and if you are sending the food items to your dear ones.. this is the second time this franchise have don the mistake that even booking our docket by air they send it through surface..(by train).. we faced the situation earlier in which all our food items including sweets got spoiled on the way..as it took more than a week to reach bangalore from meerut.. today again they have done the same mistake on the special occassion of diwali... worst courier franchise in meerut....
