    VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF. THEY TOOK MY ORDER TO DELIVER ON THE SEAT JUST BEFORE INTERVAL AND SIMPLY FORGOT TO DELIVER. WHEN I WENT TO THEM AFTER THE MOVIE ENDED, THE PERSON (NAME TAG SAID "ASHU") WHO TOOK MY ORDER DID NOT EVEN SEEM SORRY. HE SIMPLY REFUNDED MY MONEY WHEN I ASKED FOR IT. IF THIS IS THE WAY PVR TRAINS THEIR STAFF, I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PVR.

    The Mall has no shops. No food court. The waiting area in PVR is very small. Can hardly fit 50 people. Very crowded. The cafe staff is not good. Almost RUDE. It feels very humiliating. It seems as if you are not paying them for services rather they are doing you a favor by listening to you. Will not like to go back. The food is not good even, I could not finish my chicken burger even halfway. So bad. I hope PVR improves or it will lose all quality customers.

    The pvr cinemas is always good where ever it is. small city or big town pvr is the best any where you go. just to do more work in 3d section in this cinema

    The theatre is nice. The staff is also very humble and well mannered.

    finally a nice theater in Moradabad. superb sound and video quality and specially the food court .Must try the gourmet caramel popcorn . cons- the mall itself sucks as there is nothing else except the theater and very poor parking management for cars.

    Too many cons -The 3D glasses are of worst quality and greatly scratched. -Waiting area is very small. -Luxurious sitting is very limited and only present in Audi-1 -other sitting is worst.
