A housing society where things are not marked as planned. Construction is always on the go and no one is interested in managing the resident s issues. Well planned project, but definitely not heading the way it was expected.

BAD EXPERIENCE SOAKAGE OF WALL (SIDE OF KITCHEN DOOR) OF NEWLY PURCHASED FLAT T5/12D(photo posted) . EXCELLENT location in ASANSOL on GT Road. Maintenance charge is costly in comparison to others.Maintenance Manager should be more carefull rel supervision of facilities as declared during purchase,advt.sometimes failure in watersupply for short period found as a resident.Market complex of genexx is not yet developed which is very much required. club is not started full functioning till date like Resteurent not started till. LAST IF YOU ARE BSNL LAND LINE LOVER YOU WILL DEPRESSED........
