Prasun SarkarThe most horrible experience I could have had from a restaurant , that happened today - on the very first day of Bengali new year. I order 5-6 items over the phone around 8:15 PM and they asked me to come after 40-50 mins. I went to the restaurant around 9 PM for the parcel and they kept me waiting till 9:50 and after that they said it will take minimum 20 mins of time. I was furious. This is the worst thing by any restaurant could do. They server the known customers first and they are priority to the owners.This favoritism will affect your business and you will lose customers in the coming days! You might not recognize my face, but I was one of your regular customer, I used to go here once in a month. I have to change my restaurant preference eventually.
