The property is not well mentained. Though most of the rooms are air conditioned but the ac machines are small, old and almost not working. Before check in it will be better to check whether the ac of your room is working or not. Foods are extra spicy and not very tasty. The staffs are helpful. It is in a prime location near Aberdin market, Phoneix bay and not far from airport. The place is quite safe.
