CA Satish JeksaniThe resort premises and rooms were average..... food taste was decent. Resort is located 3 km away from beach. We booked 2 rooms over phone 10 days before and confirmation was received with room no’s, after reaching there, they made us wait for 1 hr to allot rooms as the same was occupied by others. We had a bitter experience with management, when we asked to serve hot water in bucket(as the geyser in room was not working) they asked us to fresh up in another room which shows stupidity on their part. The manager/owner is so arrogant he shouted badly saying that we should not demand the service. For him after spending 2k we need to request minimum services from them. As they collected rent in advance we had no choice rather we would have moved to next place, as the resort is located in remote area. To Conclude: The resort is managed by MONOPOLIST.
