Front desk was helpful and polite, been there to get a new battery for my jiofy device. Had to wait there for 20 mins as they cannot sell battery they have to consider it as a device repair and according to their software device repair should take a minimum of 20 mins before that he cannot generate an Invoice atleast that is what I was told
