The collection was good enough. At the billing, the guy did not even know completely about billing. He did not bill an item! When I complained about that, they claimed that they had a new software that had nothing to do with billing and so were they confused about billing! I called for manager and asked me to re-bill the item asking me to consider this as an act of honesty!!!! I am no way happy with the customer service and am no way interested in coming back here
