Customers are looked into like liabilities rather than guests. Very bad customer service. Also it takes a long time for them to bill and handover the purchased item. So too much of delay and waste of time.

There is big queue waiting to pay, cashier instead of helping customers to pay cash recklessly asking everyone to wait while he is talking/laughing on phone for 5 mins. Once he is done with his personal call, he goes out of his chair and went to nearest sales woman start talking/flirting. All this was happening while 8 customers are waiting in queue to pay bill and get out of there. That sales woman pointed the queue but cashier still continue to try to joke around with her. Very unprofessional and not worth visiting again. Once supervisor come from 1st floor he acts sincere and working. Collection is okay type but workers in this showroom has lack of people skills and just roam around to time pass.
