I had cancelled 02 tickets on 22nd June, 2017 through telephone as i was travelling and could not logged in to cancel the tickets. I was told the refund amount receivable too at that time. On 23rd I rechecked about cancellation as flight reminder was coming to my cell phone but cancellation mail was missing (travel dates were 23rd & 24th June). I again requested the customer service personnel to send the confirmation mail. Today (on 29th) I again requested to send the mail. But, till now I have not received any. No refund either. Today, I was asked to contact Yatra. com (not earlier 02 occasions). This is the quality of service of customer support. I HAVE GIVEN ONE STAR BECAUSE ONE CAN NOT POST COMMENT WITHOUT GIVING A STAR, ELSE I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN ANY.
