Fastag board is displayed but the toll collector insists that the facility is not available hence toll has to be paid by cash only. They refused payment through credit card also. The toll collector refused to share NHAI -PD name or contact details. The staff were arrogant and absusive and were trying to assault us physically when we asked for contact details of senior in charge.
