    Guidelines missing, Cleaniness needs improvement, staff doesnt give confidence of being "Caring " ,reports has to be chased by patients, No canteen, not a place to be called 1 stop solution(if it has facilities then ergonomics is bad).

    Even 1star rate is more for this I think the land line is only for outgoing depend upon the patient No incoming call allowed to go for this hospital

    Always busy like KGH some areas are untidy ...The hotel under the Hospital is very bad as they are selling stale food items...

    I am an employee of central government (naval dockyard(vskp)) and having central government health scheme. Yesterday i visited care hospital,maharanipeta, railway new colony, visakhapatnam along with my mother and consulted a doctor, he suggested some fbs,ecg.we came here today and asked for billing of tests at reception counter.he refused my request with a silly reason that i dont have a xerox copy of prescrption. I requested him to make a photostat of prescription again. He denied even though he is having the machine besides with him. I wondered that CGHS scheme is not worthy for a xerox copy??. So i request u to dnt spoil the corporate brand name of your hospital by allowing these cheap acts. I will take this to my higher officials for further action. 50ps of photostat is not a big deal for any one but how can a patient will ran after xerox copy in the 7am morning.
