Ambiance is neat (as most of them exercise barefoot, RIP Safety). Machines are in working condition (Minimal or No scope for Thighs and Biceps, specially I miss Preacher bench more). Very tight space, moreover like a home gym. Good for you if you are self trainer. Air conditioned Gym, I doubt. Overall, not worth spending if you are compromising with your fitness at any point.
