The service is strictly below average. I have taken my Zen Estilo with two complaints. 1. Power Window Motor makes crackling sound 2. Dead Rat in the AC Blower Both the issues were un-resolved and I had to again take it to local mechanic to get the issues fixed. Totally dis-satisfied with the level of service that was provided to me.

As usual there is a delay in service,but this time a bit more. I received sms from Maruti that my ETD is 13 hrs , after reaching there at 2 pm they made me wait in the lobby till 5:30pm, finally I got my car with incomplete wash, they again made me wait for some more time to clean up, I wanted to make a complaint,but surprised to know that complaint will be taken between 9to 6 only.
