Raghavendra ChintapentaThis is not the first time, I was at Tea trails. The first time experience is when they recently started. The ambiance and service is very good. I visited the place this afternoon at around 3 PM. While I wanted to sip some hot tea, my juices were already getting sipped by the bedbugs and mosquitos in the lounge cane chairs. Below is pic of my arm after spending 10 mins in the chair. When complained the staff were not even bothered about the situation. They just offered me to change my place. While paying the bill the other staff person was just saying reluctantly that there are bed bugs in those cane chairs and they are planning to change those soon. What sort of service is this. Even a roadside food joint offer more care to their customer than this one. I will never visit this place.

Bharath KumarGood place, lovely ambiance. Friendly staff. But houseflies around corner tables. Hard to spot the serving staff, dress code or apron or cap with "Tea Trails" logo!!
