very very bad, you just go there and ask to look into our problem in written they dont accept it and they refuse to acknowledge. myself and my; collegues went just nobody is intrested to look into the letter and it s attachments which has cheque clearences. you call the call centre they dont have co ordination. they say to go to office or scan the copies. govt. controlled bsnl is far far far far better wake up this is competitive world.
