LANSUM OXYGEN TOWERS......The name itself speaks about the "HEALTH"... In such a high rise apartment definitely u get a bit of Pure oxygen than any building in the surroundings of vizag city. Heartful thanks to be extended to lansum Group for choosing vizag to take up such prestigious project giving a bit of elevation to the beautiful city in the Indian MAP first and then providing a path to get recognized in the world map. Yes, ofcourse...normally these kind of projects will be taken up at the out scurts of the city.....but the daring effort taken by lansum group to choose city centre as their location is to be given a big applauds. One has to understand the risk, the management has taken in materializing such such a huge apartment, in getting the approvals, convincing the customers, sales , marketing etc...to complete in time as they promised... I think they have achieved their promise upto 80%, in spite of various several odds like demonitisation etc... Now coming to shifting of rytu bazar, is very much needed even this these twin towers were not envisaged as the present traffic itself shows the need of that. A small congested area has been choosen as rytu bazar especially for seethammadhara than any other in visakhapatnam....If GVMC is taking steps to shift the Rytubazar... then it is to be welcomed as it reduces traffic due to uneven parkings of public as well as AUTOwalas... Fianlly ...vizagites can feel one more feather in the cap of Visakhapatnam without govt direct investment in this project... thank you

Except for the fact its the tallest appartments standing in vizag...I heard that the raitu bazar connected to this site is being moved away...just because its not appealing to the grandeur elevation of the expensive property...but in the first place how did GVMC and other authorities gave permissions to construct this huge appt in the middle of the city ...without any saftey to the neighbourhood, traffic problems and pollution? I would like to see these kind of properties bit out of the city so that the development will also be increased..as of now this is adding up to the city chaos and traffic problems.
