buisiness minded not much help for customers 2 lazy guys at the desk not much worried about time of customers. One silly manager shows hidden terms and conditions. They provide alternate bikes one you have not booked wastage of time and money.

Very bad service provided by the team. The lady who served us in the vizag office was very arrogant and inconsiderate. She was not at all interested to listen or to work. We were made to wait a lot by her. I hope the other people do not get treated by her.. and also they need to have a good staff to manage.

Excellent service. Rented Apache RTR for 3 days for a trip to Araku and the bike was in the best of condition. Had no trouble and everything is hassle free.
