There are multiple issues: 1. I ordered a strawberry cake on phone, received an sms confirming the details and I received their generic Butterscotch cake. I was charged for the strawberry cake though. 2. The cake was imperfect, with the patchwork very prominently visible. 3. I tried to contact them for a partial refund but they wont respond either.
