Ayush BoruahExperience with the doctor (who had flown in from New Delhi) was excellent . However, what irked me was the unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff. Having booked an appointment with the doctor two days prior to it, the staff gave me absolutely no clue as to the time at which my appointment was to be scheduled, nor did they bother to even call or text to inform me later. When I called on the morning of the day of my appointment, they informed me that my turn was already gone. For the amount of money they charge for a single checkup (INR 1300), the quality and attitude of the staff is absolutely poor and do not come anywhere close to what the Apollo brand stands for. They are nonchalant and almost borderline rude in their reception of patients. Make sure you clear all your doubts before leaving the clinic, after you book an appointment with a doctor.
