The most worst experience ever with biba store in guwahati. Have almost been shopping with them since last few years in mumbai, bangalore and guwahati branches but never had such an experience. The store manager was disrespectful and harassed me for around half an hour to get a change of 2000. Later after i manage to gt the change from nearby store, i went to gt my stuffs billed and another customer spotted the change and infrmed me about it i was shocked with the managers response. He even ill treated me and my sister when we told we would complain about the same to higher authorities he didnt mention his name and asked to leave the store since our billing was done.
