My order memo no k-So/16/29 dt 8.4.16 for delivery 9.4.16 at 5 PM but order is not done at the time of delivery. manager ne jaldwaji me hamare order ko banbaya. Lakin hamara birthday cake bilkul poor. Hamare phone call ko response tak nahi mila. The management is totally failure. So I am very very sad.
