The experience was very bad. The staff was not co-operative at all and had no value for time. We were asked to come at 7.00 pm but there was no technician available to perform the tests. Reportedly the guy at the counter did not use proper language neither communicated proper information. Best part was, after waiting for an hour when I asked "hamara no kab aayega" his reply was "abhi to aapko aaye ek hi ghanta hua hai, log 2.30pm se baithe hain". He was proud of his reluctant and irresponsible behavior. I would never anyone to this place for any test. Would request the authorities to put a check on such happenings.
