The worst builder. I will not suggest anyone to book from them. They have taken money from me 4years back and assured for giving flat in 3years. Till now not even the construction started there.

Booked flat in IOB Nagar in September 2013 and still work in progress,they have taken about 85% payment . To fool you they will start work in your tower till they collect money from all person who have booked in that tower and the day they collect it they will switch to next tower or new project.

The worst builder in Patna. We have invested in Agrani Kailash project in early 2013.They had assured delivery by end 2014. In agreement they mentioned June 2015, but the project is nowhere near completion even after more than 2 years. We are stuck very bad here.
