Pawan PatilThis is the fantastic place for the art and sculpture interested person.This place is really liked by the art lover and also the people who are interested in human history.This place contains 3 museum and 1 art gallery and i auditorium.i museum is filled with art paintings and sculptures.The next museum is filled with architecture material and the 3 one is completed with human history and the history about the earth like dinosaur period.The ticket charges is very cheap 10 rs each person and 5 rs for camera or mobile.

Yarina ValverdeWe got a tour guide in English for free and it was great to see all the different rounds of school kids coming to the the different exhibitions. My favorite part was the contemporary paintings section and they have rotating collections so you will always see something different. A word of caution if you are a traveler: there are bathrooms and they were pretty clean but no toilet paper.

Tushar K GuptaBeautiful museum in the center of city chandigarh. The surroundings of the place if also very nice, a rose garden is situated at apprx 2 km distance from here. The museum comprises of lots of old and ancient statues of 1000-2000 year old. One can see fossil of trees that are millions of year old and looks like stones. Skeleton of multiple animals including dynoshore is present. The workers of museum are very humble. Best thing is Photography is allowed inside the museum so always go with your camera. One can by articles and painting s from the museum at a nominal price.

History of Gautam Buddha along with their monuments are placed by showing different aspects of their face according to various philosopher. It has paintings, coins from Mughal period to British India, some of textile art is displayed in museum. Museum for architectural features is located in separate building. Work of architect for making Chandigarh a Buitiful city is displayed with vast knowledge of architecture.
