Mesotherapy for hair regrowth by ARV aesthetics, Sapphire Mall, Gurgaon I was suffering from type 3 androgenic alopecia in which my hairline was moved back on both sides of my forehead. Hair in middle of my forehead and crown area had started thinning but were fairly visible. First time when I visited ARV, Kalapana told me that both sides of my hair on forehead will be same as my centre if I take 8 sittings of their Mesotherapy treatment. This 8 sittings package was broken into 4 fortnightly and 4 monthly sittings. She told me that visible results will start coming after 2 seating itself. She agreed to my proposal of paying for 2 seats initially then for remaining 6 sessions only after visible results start coming. I asked if I could talk to someone who had done this procedure in past. They didn’t share any such detail citing confidentiality of patients. I do understand that so didn’t force too much. I said I would think about it and get back. Few days later when I revisited ARV Dr Banga told me that visible result will start coming after 4 sittings. Also, frequency of treatment was modified to 4 weekly, 2 fortnightly and 2 monthly. Payment was also changed to half upfront and remaining before 5th sitting. He also told me Mesotherapy is known not to work on every person but 90% of patients who come to ARV have seen positive results. Also, after 4 sittings it can be ascertain if it works on patient on not. So we agreed to revisit at 5th sitting to proceed only if results were visible. I decided to take a chance. All sittings were very painful because they dig a 2 mm deep needle into head at multiple places to activate the dormant follicle. It lasts to approx. 5-10 minutes causing lot of pain. By the end of procedure lot of blood can be seen all over the head. By the time we completed 4 sittings Banga was not interested in the checkpoint instead always keep asking for remaining payment. After my several insists he said follicles were visible to him and treatment was working on me. Though I couldn’t see any visible difference I trusted doctor and made remaining payment. Finally, I couldn’t see any visible different till my last sitting so I had lot of argument with Dr Banga and day when my last sitting was scheduled. So I want to warn you to DO NOT try this treatment especially with ARV Aesthetics Sapphire Mall, Gurgaon. They cheated me all the way by breaking trust, giving fake assurances & lot of pain, charged hefty fee and no result. It was a horrible experience of my life.
