Maam is very friendly and very sweet. She stoos for nothing less that perfect thing and wont compromise on even a tad bit. We get hands on experience making the cake ourselves and not just writing down the recipe and practicing at home. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to learn it for a hobby (like i did) or even to pursue carreer in baking/cooking.
