WORST SERVICE. Have had the misfortune of ordering at this place a million times, each time hoping something would be different. Not one staff member has a care in the world, not have I ever witnessed such a carefree attitude in the world of hospitality. Routinely cancels your orders without a warning, after making you wait for hours; takes approx 2.5 hours to deliver food within 3kms of the restaurant. Many a times I go there and order food, and am forced to wait for 45 minutes at which point I usually give up and leave; wherein nobody comes to your rescue to offer updates on your order.
