Ordered a can gun which was damaged in transit. Immediately followed up by Mr Rajesh, founder , after I dropped a mail. Followed up constantly till a replacement was sent without extra charge. Did not want me to return the damaged product. This shows the quality of service - which is always missing in India. I am surprised at the efficiency of this company and have assured them that in order to promote this start up, I will get all my stuff for home projects , from them.
