Very Poor Experience I lodged a complaint on 24-10-2015 with the complaint no is TN92468 AND called again for the reminder of the same on NOV 18, 2015. During both these calls the customer care executives replied that I will receive a call from the Regional/Head office soon and they will further process the complaint soon. But its more than one month i have not received any call from the respective office and the complaint is still lying unattended. It is very negligent behavior of the concerned company employees. the matter may be considered as urgent and the complaint may be attended so the the issue can be resolved
