I have been to PMG Autos twice and since last 3 months There is a problem with the pump of my Renault Duster which is under warranty . First time they just updated the software and sent it back and it worked fine for a few days . When the issue occurred again they said they will replace the pump under the warranty and asked me to wait 15 days for the pump to arrive . When the pump arrived they asked me to bring the vehicle again so I had to tow it for the second time and then after waiting for 15 days they said that the pump does not need to be replaced and updated second patch of software and sent me back with the vehicle. The problem is still there and no one wants to help me at PMG AUTOS . Pathetic customer service The Renault Duster to me is nothing more than a garbage can right now Pissed Off !
