I am a frequent user of OLA at Bangalore however I had a very bitter experience when I booked OLA to reach from Raipur International Airport to Durg which is my hometown. Hence when a relative of mine was coming to Raipur airport to Durg, I decided to give Rahul Car Rental/Rahul Travels a try. I had no expectation from these guys as I already was disappointed with OLA. I tried it anyways and to my surprise these guys turned out to be super professional, courteous and honest! I only made enquiry and they called me, requested details of vehicle that I wanted and timing. Within minutes they even confirmed the ride, car details and even gave the driver name and number right away even though the need for vehicle was only in the evening. Driver reached the pickup location and waited for my relative to board. Reached at drop location on time and asked nothing but the amount that I was promised, not a single rupee more. I am very satisfied with these guys and will use their services again should there be any need. Message to Owner and people running this business – Very well done, continue the business with the honesty and transparency. Cheers
