The owner sucks, I ordered a kid cycle through paytm and these guys shipped old manufactured model by striking over the manufacturing year. Even worst was it was shipped with cheap quality spares though I ordered a KROSS brand cycle. Few of the accessories broke while transit as the packaging was poor and these guys, even after multiple followups are not bothered to do anything
