Pranav RaghawGreatly satisfied, reasonable rates, excellent customer service and excellent work. Especially, I found the my customer service executive very friendly and helpful. Also, the managers were very friendly, and provided "me specifically" kind of service. Also, I found the director greatly appreciable, He himself came to me and had dealing as of personal level. This place makes costumers feel like a family.

ajay rajThey picked up my car from home for service with the promise of getting it delivered in the next few hours. However, the next day got a call that I need to pay Rs. 15000 for the service and various parts. When I asked them for invoice they sent me one without proper registration/TIN number (manual invoice) and the amount indicated in the bill was less than what I was asked to pay. I suggested that the car be sent to me for check-up before payment, they had the audacity not to send the same despite requesting the Manager and assuring of payment. They insisted that I make the payment first and collect the car from the centre. I did not get the car for 2 days and upon finally getting the one, was not convinced much about the quality of the service. However, having gone through the experience of last 2 days, I left after paying 15000 with no intention of returning. I hope Maruti will take a strict action against these idiots.

Jashwant RawatI would have given 0 star, the staff is terrible, services were bad. You have to check your vehicle after getting any service from them there might be something broken or not properly serviced/installed. Car cleaning staff was not at all concerned and not trained at all. I suggest take your car somewhere else. Will not go there ever.
