shalinee chopraNothing can be more irresponsible thank the Delhi Stellar Team. They were un authorised to do anything but recover my data which they took 10 days to revert back only to say they are unable to recover it. Delay reason...stated by Pratibha Thakur.. they have other laptops to deal with besides ours!!! While reinstalling the hard drive they ruined the laptop and we have been given a copy by Apple stating this. it was heated and tampered with. WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Since Saturday we have been asking them to fix the problems but no one is ever available on any given day..If the national head leaves his desk at 4 and the regional head is not available how does one expect the company to work? And inspite of calling them over 50 times they have still not resolved out issue! Pradeep Ghosh-National Sales manages leaves his desk at 4.30 on a Monday. Mr.Arun-Regional sales head..unavailable due to emergency Mr.Mani -unavailable on Saturday yet the only one who is answerable. Pratibha Thankur-lesser said the better
