Praveen sachdevRupa Ice Cream Parlour is a mad house.. run by mad people .... charges for their ice creams keeps on changing day by day.... their is no uniformity in the pricing of their ice creams ... their one store at krishna nagar charges differently from their other branch near surajmal vihar. They think people are fool .... and also taste, quality of their ice creams has degraded many folds.
