neha sarvanamI had the privilege of interning in this company last summer. It was a pleasure. The people are really helpful. The entire organisation works in a systematic and cultured manner. All employees are motivated and their interests are in sync with the organisational goal which is to deliver the best. The management is pretty efficient and keeps employees on track and exposes them to challenges to help them grow and prosper. In all, my experience has been quite enriching and I would definitely recommend others to work here.

Ashutosh misraCheaters they will give you salary but they will eat your conveyance money . Never ever let them know that thought of leaving this company has even crossed your mind, and never return your accessories (tablet etc) before getting all your conveyance money or you can say it goodbye It is company of cheaters, sonimon P J will tell you while joining that you will be doing software work (installation and repairing and four or five commands of database is needed that’s all)but what he won’t tell you is that you have to travel from okhla to places like Gurgaon, Faridabad etc. You have to travel their by public transport or your bike for which they will refund you Rs 3 for 1 km but these km will be counted from place which will be nearer from client (i.e . if their office is nearer to client they will count km from their okhla office(X-24 or 51) and if your home is nearer to client they will count km from their, it doesn’t matter if they have called you to office and wasted your money!!) And you will tracked by the tablet provided to you which will have IBM MASS 360 control software installed so that you cannot install anything else on it. If you have joined (all id submitted, cancelled cheque and blood report given ), first of all Sonimon PJ will try to brainwash you by giving you a motivational speech (whose only purpose is to get thought out that you are being under paid (which you actually are) and to get more work out of you (Remember he is a HR person and that is his job, same goes for VARUN AND RAJNI RAWAT)). After that around 2 weeks training will be their 1 week for hardware and 1 week for software, after that you will be branch people (people from other states mainly south) will go to their place and Delhi NCR people will be transferred to new building X-24. But before entering this new building your new HOD Sanjay Pandit or someone else will give you a warning about already working CSE’s that they will tell you to take more conveyance money or that it is bad company and you should not work here etc. 1. In this case trust your CSE brother and not your HOD. They are correct and SANJAY PANDIT is doing what is in best interest of company and not you. 2. Beware of person who will track you (AVNEEESH) is a chameleon, he will ask you about your plans very politely and with big smile but he will convey them to your superior, he uses CSE as a stairs to remain on his position no wonder he is their for a very long time(Around 9 or 10 years). 3. In case you give up a resignation letter before recovering your conveyance money(!!!!! BIG MISTAKE !!!! GUESS WHAT YOU ARE NOT GETTING IT), HR person Sonimon PJ or Rajni Rawat will ask you to return all the accessories then only the full and final cheque will be prepared. 4. You will be told that it is company policy to give this cheque to you personally and it won’t be credited in your bank account like previous salary and conveyance money. And you have to come on SATURDAY and SATURDAY only to collect it and that too after lunch, and on that day too you will be kept waiting for around 2 hours on purpose (Company tactics) so that you will sign on receiving slip in hurry without taking look at your conveyance money which won’t be there (!! BIG SURPRISE for new CSE). 5. You will be told go around things like you should have got your conveyance receipt signed in advance now nothing can be done, your mails, your account is deleted the moment you hand over the resignation letter (THAT’S WHY YOU SHOULD FORWARD CONVEYANCE MONEY PDF TO YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL TOO IN CC OR BCC). 6.
