I was expecting more from this place but needs improvement. If there is buffet and you ask for À la carte, wait for at-least forty min. I guess the focus was more on the group of tourists? Food was ok again not even closer to Taj benchmark. salt and sugar on higher side even after informing them. another visit in future? may be..

Taj vivanta comes up with its name , Indus express totally justifies its names bringing the flavours from the city with Indus river . So the rich flavours of Punjab and its borders Khyber , Kashmir ,Rajasthan and Sindh . The perfect blend of these herbs , hand grounded and Dadi-ma style cooking as told by the Chef , The best part is the Live Tadka and Phulka on the table is unparalleled, to any restro in Delhi . All together it was a treat for my new car so the best experience till yet
